With over two decades of experience in the field of Aesthetics, Karen MacLeod is a trusted and compassionate professional dedicated to helping her clients look and feel their best. A graduate of the Atlantic Institute of Electrolysis and Aesthetics in 2001, Karen furthered her credentials by earning her Master Cosmetologist license in Aesthetics in 2015.

For the past 21 years, Karen has been a valued team member at the Antigonish Aesthetics Center, where she specializes in facials, pedicures, waxing, dermaplaning, and lash and brow tinting. Her gentle touch, attention to detail, and commitment to continued education have earned her a loyal client base and a respected reputation in the community.

Beyond her work in the spa, Karen has volunteered for the past 20 years with the Look Good, Feel Better program at St. Martha’s Hospital. There, she shares her expertise in skincare and makeup with women undergoing cancer treatment—bringing comfort, confidence, and care to those who need it most.
